[PATCH 8/8] MAINTAINERS: Add entry for goldfish timer driver

[Kuan-Wei Chiu]

There is currently no MAINTAINERS entry for the goldfish timer driver.
Add one and list myself as maintainer, as I already maintain the same
driver in U-Boot [1].
