[PATCH v3 5/8] RISC-V: Replace RISCV_MISALIGNED with RISCV_SCALAR_MISALIGNED

Replace RISCV_MISALIGNED with RISCV_SCALAR_MISALIGNED to allow
for the addition of RISCV_VECTOR_MISALIGNED in a later patch.
