[PATCH v2 3/4] mips: drop definition of pfn_valid() for DISCONTIGMEM

There is stale definition of pfn_valid() for DISCONTINGMEM memory model
guarded !FLATMEM && !SPARSEMEM && NUMA ifdefery.
Remove everything but definition of pfn_valid() for FLATMEM.
