Definitely! Both running all tests in tools/testing/selftests/ftrace and
with the CONFIG_KPROBES_SANITY_TEST module.

Yes, CONFIG_DYNAMIC_FTRACE is on. My kernel config was simply:
make ARCH=riscv CROSS_COMPILE=riscv64-linux-gnu- defconfig
make ARCH=riscv CROSS_COMPILE=riscv64-linux-gnu- kselftest-merge
