[PATCH 1/3] dt-bindings: phy: qcom,qusb2: Add missing vdd-supply

Besides vdda-pll and vdda-phy-dpdm, vdd-supply is a required supply for
PHY digital circuit operation.  Add it for correctness and completeness.
