[PATCH] pcmcia: sa1111: remove special sa1111 mmio accessors

Russell King rmk+kernel at armlinux.org.uk
Tue Sep 26 07:16:20 PDT 2017

Remove the special SA1111 MMIO accessors from the SA1111 PCMCIA driver
as their definition will be removed shortly. The SA1111 accessors are
barrierless, so use the _relaxed variants.
