[PATCH] drivers/pcmcia/soc_common.c: convert soc_pcmcia_sockets_lock in a mutex

drivers/pcmcia/soc_common.c: the semaphore soc_pcmcia_sockets_lock is
used as a mutex, convert it to the mutex API
