[PATCH 0/2] pcmcia: remove kio_addr_t and move some ioaddr_t over to unsigned int

Hi,

I have no excuse for not build testing the previous patch 2/2 (I thought
I did, and obviously I didn't given the warnings it gave for format
strings). Blah.

Here's a new version. Differences from before are:

* Fixed checkpatch.pl warnings that I didn't get with older
  versions of the script
* Fixed up the format strings where the types changed.
