I tested with 2.6.21 and the problem remains the same. Here are the kernel
parameters I tested one by on and sometimes several at a time:
noapic nolapic irqpoll pci=assign-busses pic=routeirq pci=bios pci=biosirq
pnpacpi=off acip=off
