Hi komuro!
Thank you for trying to help! Unfortunately I was not able to get good results
with acpi=force as you can see in the new attachment I made. As I said in my
previous comment, I though acpi was the problem.

May be is there a better combination of boot options I should use instead of
the ones I tried until now, but it's not something I can find out since the
error messages I get are not really usefull :(

I will provide anyone who asks to as many log he/she wants, try any option I
am asked to. The only thing I can't do is compiling a custom kernel since this
computer is quite old (pentium I MMX @ 166Mhz with 80Mb RAM) and it would take
hours/days to have a functionnal kernel...

Thanks to anyone that can help me fix this!
