I have a laptop with:
02:00.0 CardBus bridge: Texas Instruments PCI1410 PC card Cardbus
Controller (rev 02)

That also seems fixed by this patch (pci=assign-buses also worked
around the problem).

It's in a Clevo D900T laptop which is rebadged and sold all over the place.
