Card does only work after reinsert

had a look at those. but it does not show anything obvious. i have a
somewhat older o2micro bridge which works perfectly normal. do you
have windows running on the box? if so, could you get a register dump
of the cardbus bridge? there's tool for that called WPCredit.

could you also try with this in modprobe.conf
	options yenta_socket isa_probe=N
