The WPC54G is being detected as shown in your lspci output. Have you 
configured and loaded ndiswrapper? There is no Linux driver for the 
BCM4306 chip; therefore you need to use ndiswrapper and the Windows 
driver. If you use WPA encryption, you will also need wpa_supplicant.
