Lexar Media and Simple Technology CF cards not mounted via Cardbus

Only my SanDisk CF card works via the cardbus adapter.  My three Lexar
Media and one Simple Technology never mount and nothing is logged.

Does drivers/ide/legacy/ide-cs.c ide_ids need to be updated to reflect
these cards?
