[ANNOUNCE] pcmciautils-006 released

pcmciautils-006 is available at

http://kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/pcmcia/

and includes two patches by Bill Nottingham and one small tweak on top of
that in order to:

- allow pcmcia-startup-socket to run directly as a udev helper
  from a udev rule, such as:
	SUBSYSTEM="pcmcia_socket"       RUN+="/sbin/pcmcia-socket-startup"

- exclude a few ports in default (i386) config.opts that cause
  MCEs on RadeonIGP systems.
