Hi,
this patch adds basic PCMCIA support for the PXA processor. It's against
2.6.0-test9-rmk1.

This patch is tested by me on a custom PXA263 board using a
single CF card in a single-socket design.

People at HH.org reported success in dual-socket usage with different
cards.

The patch is basically a reworked version of nicos original PXA-PCMCIA patch.
It uses the same approach as the sa11x00 pcmcia drivers. The next mail contains
patches which makes (hopefully) proper use of platform devices, getting rid of the
static array in pxa2xx_generic.c.

The patch modifies/adds:

drivers/pcmcia/pxa2xx_generic.c
drivers/pcmcia/pxa2xx_core.c
drivers/pcmcia/pxa2xx_core.h
drivers/pcmcia/pxa2xx.h
drivers/pcmcia/Makefile
drivers/pcmcia/pxa2xx_generic.h
include/asm/arch/pxa-regs.h
drivers/pcmcia/Kconfig

Due to the size of this patch I'll attach it as a gzipped file. Please comment.

Thanks,
	Stefan E.
