strange strange 2.6.2 bug - pcmcia sleeps until I move the mouse ?!

I was using acpi without any problem. Here are the boot messages
I did try to compile with/without :
 - apic
 - hpet
 - cpufreq
 
I'm now going to try to remove other options like prempt, acpi, mtrr, etc

Meanwhile I'm trying to find a workaround. cat /dev/zero>/dev/null didn't work.
The only thing that works is activity either on the keyboard, on the mouse
