[Linux-parport] ppSCSI driver suite for linux 2.6

Hello,

thanks to Jochen Eisinger for modifying the patch ppSCSI for kernel 2.6.
The patch has applied cleanly to 2.6.0 from debian unstable, compiled ok, 
and my Microtek Phantom 330 CX scanner is functioning allright. 
I only compiled and tested ppscsi and onscsi.
