[ANNOUNCE] ktls-utils 1.2.0

This email announces the official release of ktls-utils 1.2.0.

The 1.2.0 release contains an implementation of Certificate Revocation
Lists (thanks, Rik Theys) and strengthens support for passing
authentication material to tlshd via kernel keyrings.

Work on other new features is ongoing.
