[PATCH blktests v4 16/17] nvme/{rc,016,017}: rename nvme_num_iter to NVME_NUM_ITER

[Shin'ichiro Kawasaki]

To follow uppercase letter guide of environment variables, rename
nvme_num_iter to NVME_NUM_ITER.
