 - add a NO APST quirk for a Kioxia device (Enzo Matsumiya)
 - fix write zeroes pi (Klaus Jensen)
 - various TCP transport fixes (Maurizio Lombardi and Varun Prakash)
 - ignore invalid fast_io_fail_tmo values (Maurizio Lombardi)
