In our design, destroy_queue is a blocking call that will stop the queue from
generating completions, accessing host memory and will also destroy the TCP
connection.
Practically we don’t need the drain_queue() for qedn.
It was added for any future vendor driver. We can remove the drain_queue()
if you think it's not needed or we can call it in a different location.
