[PATCH] NVMe: Fix nvme get/put queue semantics
Keith Busch

Tue May 13 09:32:46 PDT 2014
The routines to get and lock nvme queues required the caller to "put"
or "unlock" them even if getting one returned NULL. This patch fixes that.
