This is a smaller, patch level release mainly consisting of fixes
that have accumulated in mtd-utils.git master since the last release,
almost a year ago.


Changes from 2.1.5 to 2.1.6:

       flash_speed: Measure read while write latency
       Support mtd:<num> syntax for several tools

Fixes:
       flashcp: check for lseek errors
       flashcp: fix buffer overflow
       flashcp: verify data in --partition

       mtdpart: document partition of size 0
