Bit messy.  I'd do:

	struct address_space *mapping = vmf->vma->vm_file->f_mapping;

	sb_start_pagefault(mapping->host->i_sb);

	if (page->mapping != mapping)

	sb_end_pagefault(mapping->host->i_sb);
