crc error

hai to all,

  I am working on intel IQ80321 flash(16MB), when i am
using cfi_cmdset_0001 to write into the flash it is
writing properly. When i am booting form flash
it is giving following problem..

my linux version : 2.4.19

Uncompressing Linux ............................

crc error

-- System halted

before sending this mail to mtd group i tryied a lot 
to come out of this problem. plz give me any
suggestions to come out of this problem
