how to write flash

hai

I am working on intel IQ80321 flash, it is configured
as a char driver in my target side(/dev/mtd[0..7]) and
mapped as a rom flash (map_rom.c). If i want to write
Image to the flash with my existing setup. Is it
possible or not. plz help out from this
