Patch: change in debug levels

I hope this will help people to keep only usefull information displayed.

The patches are moving the informative MTD_open and MTD_close to MTD level 2, 
MTD_read, MTD_write and MTD_ioctl to MTD level 3; in JFFS2 many debug info 
messages were moved from level D1 to level D2.
