How to configure MTD so that JFFS2 work on 7312 NandFlash?

Hi,
    Sorry, for my post. But it works now.
However, the performance is really very slow. When I try to mount the 
Toshiba 8Mb nandflash. It takes me 3-4 minutes.
Why it takes so long.
