something like:
enum {
         MTK_CLK_FIRST,
         MTK_CLK_APB = MTK_CLK_FIRST,
         MTK_CLK_SMI,
         MTK_CLK_LAST,
}

So you can rewrite the for loop:
if (i = MTK_CLK_FIRST; i < MTK_CLK_LAST; i++)
