[PATCH v9 13/15] ARM: dts: aspeed: anacapa: Remove LTC4287 power monitors

The LTC4287 power-monitor nodes in the Anacapa DTS overlap I2C
addresses used by other devices on the same buses.

Keeping these nodes may cause incorrect probing/binding attempts.
Remove them to avoid address conflicts.
