[PATCH 18/20] regulator: dt-bindings: sy8827n: support standard properties

regulator-active-discharge', 'regulator-always-on',
'regulator-boot-on', 'regulator-max-microvolt',
'regulator-min-microvolt', 'regulator-name' and on.
