[PATCH 2/8] dt-bindings: embedded-controller: remove #address-cells and #size-cells from required

The "^fan-controller@[0-9a-f]+$" child node is optional, so it is not
necessary to always have address-based child nodes. Remove '#address-cells'
and '#size-cells' from the required list.
