[PATCH v2] dt-bindings: iommu: Describe MT8195 infra IRQs

The MT8195 infra IOMMU has one fault interrupt per IOMMU bank with 5 banks.
Keep other MediaTek IOMMUs limited to one unnamed interrupt.
