[PATCH 089/106] crypto: convert exported crypto symbol into pluggable interface for CONFIG_CRYPTO_ZSTD crypto

Apply Crypto API wrappers to the exported crypto symbol in
CONFIG_CRYPTO_ZSTD-related crypto to convert them into pluggable
interface.
