[PATCH 2/6] arm64: dts: imx8mm-phyboard-polis: move mipi bridge to som

[Jan Remmet]

sn65dsi83 is mounted on som. Add the static configuration there.
So it can be used by other boards too.
Use mipi_dsi_out from imx8mm.dtsi directly.
