[PATCH v4 2/2] ethernet: eswin: Add eic7700 ethernet driver

Dear Russell King,

In last week’s reply, we addressed two questions.
The main question now is whether it makes sense to use
devm_clk_bulk_get_optional() in the next patch.

Could you please share your thoughts or specific suggestions on this?
