[PATCH 3/4] cpufreq: dt-platdev: Blacklist ti,am62d2 SoC

Add ti,am62d2 SoC to the blacklist as the ti-cpufreq driver will handle
creating the cpufreq-dt platform device after it completes and ensure
it is not created twice.
