Yes, it is. If you want to try on IPQ95xx / IPQ53xx SoCs, you can also 
use the 2023's u-boot, which is available at [1].

Thanks for the suggestion. I will include these clocks in NSSCC DT node 
and enable the same in the NSSCC driver probe.
