The arm64 gcc-13 allmodconfig builds failed due to following dtb issues,

Looks like the recent changes on arm64: dts: ti: k3-j784s4: are causing
build breaks.

arm64:
  allmodconfig - gcc-13 - fail
  allmodconfig - clang-18 - fail
