[PATCH] ARM: multi_v7_defconfig: Enable support for OMAP peripherals

Increase build and test coverage by enabling support for several
peripherals used on TI OMAP based boards:
- Watchdog
- RTC
- ADC
- CDC Composite Device (ethernet and serial port)

Enable peripherals in multi_v7_defconfig for TI OMAP based boards.
