I've written a guide that explains how to use the MC and V4L2 subdev
userspace APIs to configure a pipeline. You can find it at
https://git.ideasonboard.org/doc/mc-v4l2.git/. It only assumes knowledge
of the traditional V4L2 API, and should hand-hold you through the rest.
If anything is unclear there, please let me know (or submit a patch
:-)).
