[PATCH 6/6] iommu/mediatek: Convert to devm_platform_ioremap_resource() and devm_platform_get_and_ioremap_resource()

Use devm_platform_ioremap_resource() and
devm_platform_get_and_ioremap_resource() to simplify code.
