[PATCH 2/3] irqchip: SigmaStar SSD20xD gpi

Add support for the SigmaStar GPIO interrupt controller, gpi,
that is present in SSD201 and SSD202D SoCs.
This routes interrupts from many interrupts into a single
interrupt that is connected to the peripheral interrupt
controller.
