[PATCH] cpufreq: vexpress: Drop unused variable

arm:allmodconfig fails to build with the following error.

drivers/cpufreq/vexpress-spc-cpufreq.c:454:13: error:
					unused variable 'cur_cluster'

Remove the unused variable.
