[GIT PULL] arm64: dt: Xilinx ZynqMP DT changes for v5.10

Hi,

please pull these patches to your tree. Tree is based on v5.9-rc1 with
two patches which are already in v5.9 tree. There shouldn't be a problem
to merge them. Please let me know if I should prepare the tree differently.
