[PATCH v2 3/3] mmc: sdio: mediatek: Support SDIO feature

From: yong mao <yong.mao at mediatek.com>

1. Add irqlock to protect accessing the shared register
2. Implement enable_sdio_irq interface
3. Add msdc_recheck_sdio_irq mechanism to make sure all interrupts
   can be processed immediately
