[PATCH v3 net-next] net: hisilicon: fix binding document of mdio

This patch explains the occasion of "hisilcon,mdio" and
"hisilicon,hns-mdio" according to Arnd's comments.
and reformat it according to comments from Rob<robh at kernel.org>.
