[PATCH v2 2/4] acpi, numa: Replace ACPI_DEBUG_PRINT() with pr_debug()

Replace ACPI_DEBUG_PRINT() with pr_debug() in this patch as
ACPI_DEBUG_OUTPUT is controlled by ACPICA.
