I have queued up this patch-set for v4.5.

It is included in renesas-next-20151116-v4.4-rc1 and
renesas-devel-20151116-v4.4-rc1, which I have pushed to my
renesas tree on kernel.org. Accordingly it should also show up
in linux-next.
